If you're signed into your account, just head on over to Update Info, which is located near the bottom of the page.
I forgot my password. How do I reset the password to my account?
Select Sign In, which is located at the top right hand side of KradlCo.com, and click on "Forgot Your Password".
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Kradl email.

Where is my order?
You can check your domestic order status and details by using our Order Status Form or by logging in to your account.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
We attempt to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. We are unable to cancel or modify upon your behalf after the order has shipped.
How long does it take to process my order?
We make every effort to process orders quickly, but please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 1-7 business days. See our Shipping Policy for more information.
Will I be charged for a product that did not ship?
You will only be charged for a product once it has shipped.
Why did I not receive an order confirmation or shipping notification email?
If you've checked your spam and trash folders and still cannot locate your confirmation or shipping emails, send us a quick request here.
Will I receive a notification or a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes, you will. When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. If you have any questions, please contact us here.

What is Kradl's Price Adjustment Policy?
We do not offer credits or refunds for price adjustments and will not price match competitors or dealers.
Can I buy a gift card?
Kradl currently does not offer gift cards.
Why do I see multiple transactions on my credit/debit card for the same order?
Kradl will authorize your card at the time of purchase under its corporate name (Sports Nest, Inc.), but you won't be charged until your order ships. Multiple transactions may be a result of this initial authorization and will fall off automatically, however, if you continue to see that charge or funds are removed, contact us.
Where do I enter a promotion code?
Once you add your Kradl items to your shopping cart, you can enter your promo code under View Cart or on the Check Out page under the Payment section. Be sure your code has been applied before submitting your order.

How much can Kradl lift?
You have the choice of purchasing a Kradl capable of lifting bikes weighing up to 25 lbs. or 40lbs.
Can Kradl hold more than 40 lbs.?
No. Neither the 25 lb. Kradl nor the 40 lb. Kradl will lift or hold bikes weighing more than their specified lift capacity.
Should I buy the 25 lb. Kradl or the 40 lb. version?
We recommend that you purchase the 25 lb. Kradl for bikes weighing less than 25 lbs. and the 40 lb. version for heavier bikes up to 40 lbs. In general, the 25 lb. Kradl works best with children’s bikes, road bikes, tri-bikes and other performance bikes weighing less than 25 lbs. The 40 lb. Kradl lift generally works well with mountain bikes, beach cruisers, lighter e-bikes and other bikes weighing more than 25 lbs., but less than 40 lbs. You can think of Kradl like a teeter-totter, the closer the weight of your bike is to the lift strength of Kradl, the less effort it will take to operate the device.
Can I use a 40 lb. Kradl with bikes weighing less than 25 lbs.?
Yes. Using a Kradl with the ability to lift 40 lbs., will easily lift a bike weighing less than 25 lbs., but it will require more effort to pull the bike down from the ceiling. For example, a 15lb. bike hanging from a 40lb. Kradl will require at least 25lbs. of force to pull the bike down from the ceiling, but a 25lb. Kradl would only require about 10lbs. of downward force and will be easier to use.
Can I use it with a step-through frame?
Yes. No special parts required, just attach it to the top-tube and Kradl will safely cinch around the bike frame even though it may be on an angle.
Can I attach it to a wheel instead of the frame?
Yes, but make sure your wheels are on tight!
Where can Kradl be mounted?
With the appropriate mounting hardware Kradl can be mounted to any smooth overhead surface so long as it is anchored to a load bearing structure, whether it be concrete, steel or wood (you could even mount it in a tree!).
Does Kradl have to be mounted on a flat ceiling?
No. Provided it is properly anchored, Kradl can be mounted on surfaces having a pitch of up to 45 degrees.
How high can it go?
The 40 lb. Kradl accommodates ceiling heights up to 13 ft. when used with an adult bike and has ten feet of travel. The 20 lb. Kradl can accommodate ceilings as high as 18 ft. when used with an adult bike and has approximately 15 ft. of travel.

What are the shipping policies?
We want to get you your Kradl as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can get on the road you choose sooner.
We offer free ground shipping on qualified orders. Valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or any territory or jurisdiction outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for free shipping.
Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
How do I make a return?
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kradl as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. We do not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. We do not accept returns on customized products or items purchased outside of Kradlco.com.
You may exchange a Kradlco.com purchase for another Kradl item of equal or greater value (in which you are responsible for the difference in cost) within 60 days after the original date of purchase. Exchanges for items purchased outside of Kradlco.com will not be accepted.
All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging for refunds and exchanges.
For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a shipper of your choice to return your items. We recommend retaining the tracking number of your return for your records.
All original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Product is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange 60 days after the original purchase date.
To request a return, please contact customer services at (858)240-9902. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Order form to include inside the box with your return(s). This return policy only applies to products purchased directly from us via phone or Kradlco.com.
