There are two Kradl models to choose from - one with the capacity to lift 25lbs. and one that can lift 26-40lbs. The 25lbs. model is for lightweight bikes (road, tri, cyclocross, child) and for ceiling heights up to 15ft. (12ft. of travel). The 40lbs. unit is for heavier bikes weighing 26-40lbs. (mountain and cruiser) and for ceiling heights up to 13ft. (10ft. of travel). Neither model can lift more than its specified lift capacity.
